THAT Council reconsiders its previous resolution numbered 183-21 to request the Economic Development Department of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville establish a job bank/connection program for the Counties. DISPOSITION:

THAT Council approves Zoning By-law Amendment Z-03-21 (10053 County Road 29, Con.10, Pt. Lot 37/38, Elizabethtown, Owner: Hellyer, subject to any comments received/raised at the Public Meeting, as detailed in the Minutes on Page 2; AND THAT Council approves severance B-87-21 (New Lot) Vacant Lands Foster Hall Road, Con. 6, Pt. Lot 30, Elizabethtown, Owner: Donovan, subject to conditions, as detailed in the Minutes on Page 3; AND THAT Council approves the proposed site plan amendment, Weagant Farm Supplies Ltd., 5077 County Road 29, Pt. Lot 26, Con. 5, Geographic Elizabethtown), is recommended subject to storm water management being addressed to the satisfaction of the CRCA, and the Site Plan is amended to provide an additional five parking spaces. THAT the mover be granted leave to introduce By-laws numbered 21-35, 21-36, 21-37, 21-38, 21-39, 21-40 and 21-41, and this shall constitute the first and second reading thereof. DISPOSITION:
