Lot 13, Elizabethtown, Owner: Baylis, subject to conditions, as detailed in the Minutes on Pages 2 & 3; AND THAT Council approved severance B-81-21 (New Lot) and B-82-21 (New Lot), 1339 Hallecks Road E., Con. 1, Pt.
