That Report P-20-09 be received; That the proposed zoning by-law amendment changes as detailed in Report P-20-09 resulting from comments at the public meeting be incorporated into the by-law documents to come before Council for consideration. This includes that Section 3.3.3 as drafted be removed, such that there is no longer a minimum prescribed lot size for livestock use on existing lots of record, where such a use is a listed permitted use in the zoning by-law. Such a use would still need to meet MDS II requirements as applicable and/or other zone provisions. If MDS II does not apply (where livestock barns/housing of less than 10 sq.m. in size is proposed), the building location would be regulated by the zone provisions; That having considered the nature of the proposed changes to result in the zoning by-law since the holding of the public meeting, as per Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, R.S.O., Council determines that no further notice regarding these changes is required.
