THAT Report PW 23-08 be received; AND THAT Committee considers staff's recommendations and advises Council on the preference of 'opting in' during the transition year of the provincial blue box program. DISPOSITION:

THAT Report PW-23-09 be received; AND THAT Committee supports staffs recommendation to increase the waste site tag and ticket prices, as reported, with the following amendments - Construction A will increase to $55.00, Construction B will increase to $80.00, and the future proposed construction fees increases will be reviewed on a yearly cycle.
