That the Planning Advisory Committee recommends the proposed Site Plan Amendment matter, related to lands at 4504 Rowsome Road E., Braebury Development Corporation Property, Pt. Lot 20, Con. 4 (Geographic Elizabethtown); And that the Planning Advisory Committee recommends the proposed Site Plan matter, related to lands at 7634 7th Concession Road, Howard Campbell & Sons Property, Pt. Lot 15, Con. 7 (Geographic Elizabethtown) And that Council approved the recommendation regarding the Braebury and Howard Campbell & Sons site plans as recommended by the Planning Advisory Committee. That the mover be granted leave to introduce By-law numbered 18-46, and this shall constitute the first and second reading thereof. DISPOSITION:

That the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley, in accordance with Section 57 (1) of the Municipal Elections Act, require a recount of votes cast for the position of Mayor; And that the recount be restricted to paper ballots only as electronically submitted ballot counts would remain the same.
