That the September 17, 2018 Recreation Committee of the Whole meeting minutes be received. DISPOSITION:

That the mover be granted leave to introduce By-law numbered 18-42, and this shall constitute the first and second reading thereof. DISPOSITION:

That By-law numbered 18-28, 18-39, 18-40, and 18-42 be now read a third time and finally passed, signed, sealed and numbered accordingly. DISPOSITION:

That the Correspondence identified as item 1 be received and supported. DISPOSITION:

That the Correspondence identified as item 2 be received and supported. And that the following modifications to the adopted Official Plan of the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley be made. 1. That Section 2.18.2 Archaeological Resources, clause 2, be amended to add as the last sentence the following: "Engagement with the Algonquins of Ontario is encouraged where archaeological assessments are undertaken on lands within the Algonquin Traditional Territory, as delineated on Appendix B." 2. That Section 2.18.2 Archaeological Resources, clause 4, be amended to add after the first sentence the following: "Such a plan will include engagement with the Algonquins of Ontario to have regard for the Algonquin Traditional Territory, as delineated on Appendix B." 3. That a new appendix, which does not form part of the Official Plan, called "Appendix B - Algonquin Traditional Territory" be added to the Official Plan as shown on the attached Schedule 1. DISPOSITION:

That the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley offer to enter into a one-year lease with Ontario Heritage Trust, owner of the 5 Mile Lighthouse foundation on Coal Shoal for $1 per year with no liability or risk associated with said lease, upon approval by the Province of Ontario. DISPOSITION:
