S. with the following conditions: That while one small owner identification sign up to a maximum of 0.19 sq.m. is permitted for the installation (if desired), no further advertising sign(s) or logo(s) are permitted; That the lighting of the system/enclosed/fenced areas be kept to a minimum in terms of lights and illumination intensity and where possible provided by a motion detector type system; That deciduous and coniferous tree/shrub planting along the south limit of the site, outside the fencing area, be provided to afford some buffering/screening as a landscaping feature; That a separate street address number (blue number blade) is assigned and issued by the Township for the driveway tower entrance (for emergency purposes/reference) prior to construction and this be obtained/installed at the property owner/proponents expense; That this concurrence remains in effect for a maximum period of three (3) years from the date of this resolution. If construction has not commenced within this time period the concurrence expires and a new submission and review process is needed prior to construction occurring (Section 9.4 of Township's protocol - By-law 14-02).
