That Council approve increasing Bellamy Park staff compliment by one; And That Council approve a cost of living increase of 1.7% for returning staff at Bellamy Park; And That Council approve a 2017 seasonal site rate increase of 2.5%; And That Council approve the outdoor fridge season rate increase to $100, plus HST.
