That the Recreation Committee of the Whole, in conjunction with the Bellamy Park Management Board recommend to Council that security (2 people) be hired to cover both Bellamy Park Campground and Blaine Healey Park on Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday evenings of a long weekend (8:00 pm to 4:00 am); And That it is further recommended that the cost of security be shared between the recreation and park budgets during ball tournament weekends.
