That the Public Works/Waste Management Committee of the Whole recommend to Council that the road allowance located between lots 12 and 13, Concession 8, former Township of Kitley, be stopped up; Further that a gate be installed at the intersection of the unopened road allowance and Leacock Road, to be paid for by Barry and/or Steve Coote; And Further that a key to the gate lock be circulated to applicable property owners and the Township which are to be signed for when issued.
