THAT the Planning Advisory Committee meeting agenda dated September 19, 2024 be adopted. DISPOSITION:

THAT the Planning Advisory Committee meeting minutes dated July 18, 2024 be adopted. DISPOSITION:

THAT Severance Application B-93-24 be recommended for approval subject to the following conditions: 1) That, as a new building lot is to result, that a cash-in-lieu of parkland contribution be paid to the Township. A $500 flat payment or the owner could have an appraisal done and contribute 5% cash-in-lieu to the Township, in accordance with the parkland by-law. 2) That road widening across the frontage of the severed lands along Johnston Road be deeded to the Township to offer a total of 10m (33 ft.) from the centerline of the existing road allowance and that these lands be free and cleared of any encumbrances and that the applicant’s solicitor advise the Township of such. These road widening lands are to be assumed as public highway by the Township by by-law and the applicant’s solicitor is to register the related by-law on behalf of the Township at the applicant’s expense. Alternatively, if road allowance is sufficiently wide already, the applicant’s surveyor shall confirm if this is the case. 3) That the balance of any taxes (including penalties and interest), if any, be paid to the municipality. 4) That confirmation be received from the Townships Public Works Department stating that there are no concerns with the proposed severance application and that safe vehicular access can be provided from the proposed lot to the adjacent road. 5) That all conditions be fulfilled by the applicant at their expense. THAT the proposed Official Plan Amendment (OPA No. 4) matters, as detailed in Staff Report No. P-2024-30, are recommended for approval. DISPOSITION:

THAT the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment (Z-05-23) matters, as detailed in Staff Report No. P-2024-30, are recommended for approval. DISPOSITION:

THAT the proposed Township sponsored Official Plan Amendment (OPA No. 6) matters as detailed in Staff Report No. P-2024-31 are recommended for approval. DISPOSITION:
