THAT Severance applications B-76-23, B-77-23, B-78-23 and B-79-23 are recommended for approval subject to the following conditions for each application: 1) That, as one new building lot is to result, that a cash-in-lieu of parkland contribution be paid to the Township. A $500 flat payment or the owner could have an appraisal done an contribute 5% cash-in-lieu to the Township, in accordance with the Parkland By-law 2) That the balance of any taxes (including penalties and interest), if any, be paid to the municipality. 3)That all conditions be fulfilled by the applicant at their expense.
