THAT Severance B-99-22 is recommended for approval, subject to the following conditions: 1) That, as a new building lot is to result, that a cash-in-lieu of parkland contribution be paid to the Township. A $500 flat payment or the owner could have am appraisal done and contribute 5% cash-in-lieu to the Township, in accordance with the parkland by-law. 2) That the balance of any taxes (including penalties and interest), if any, be paid to the municipality. 3) That the Owner demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Township, that the proposed severance will not create any non-compliance with respect to building and septic system setbacks. 4) That all conditions be fulfilled by the applicant at their expense.
