THAT the Planning Advisory Committee agenda of June 23, 2022 be adopted, as amended. DISPOSITION:

THAT Severance B-73-22 and B-74-22 are recommended for approval, subject to the following conditions: 1) That, as a new building lot is to result; a cash-in-lieu of parkland contribution be paid to the Township. A $500 flat payment, or the owner could have an appraisal done and contribute 5% cash-in-lieu to the Township, in accordance with the parkland by-law. 2) That the balance of any taxes (including penalties and interest), if any, be paid to the municipality. 3) That all conditions be fulfilled by the applicant at their expense.
