That the Planning Advisory Committee meeting minutes dated March 18th, 2021 be adopted. DISPOSITION:

That application B-30-21 be recommended subject to the following conditions: That, as a new building lot is to result, that a cash-in-lieu of parkland contribution be paid to the Township. A $500 flat payment or the owner could have an appraisal done and contribute 5% cash-in-lieu to the Township, in accordance with the parkland by-law. That a favourable Environmental Impact Study (EIS) be completed to the satisfaction of the Township and the Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority (CRCA) or the CRCA provided written confirmation that an EIS is deemed not required. That the severed lands be successfully rezoned (at the applicant's sole cost in accordance with the Township's fee schedule and other fees that may apply) from RU-7, Special Exception Rural Zone to RU zone. That the balance of any taxes (including penalties and interest), if any, be paid to the municipality. That all conditions be fulfilled by the applicant at their expense. DISPOSITION:
